Frequently Asked Questions

Why isn’t Client Space recognizing my invoice number?

Client Space is not set up to read the ‘0’ in front of your invoice number. Please ensure that you are entering the invoice number without the preface of 0.

Example: If your invoice number reads 063598, it should be entered as 63598 on Client Space.

How do I input my invoice date?

A calendar will pop up for you to select invoice date.

Why can’t I see my invoices?

Your invoices are issued on a weekly basis. If you recently received your invoice, it is likely that the invoice has not been uploaded onto the portal yet. It can take up to two business days before your invoice is ready for viewing on Client Space. Please check back in a few days and your invoice should be waiting for you!

If you can’t find your older invoices on Client Space please contact your local branch and they will be happy to help assist you.

Why are my lubricant invoices are not showing as a PDF image?

At this time, lubricant invoices are not available as a PDF.

Why is Client Space not recognizing my Postal Code/Zip Code?

Client Space is set up to identify your account using the billing address postal code/zip code found on your invoices. Please ensure that the postal code/zip code you are entering into Client Space is the same as the one found on your invoices.

Why can’t I access Client Space from my phone? 

Client Space is not available on mobile phones. Please ensure that you are using Client Space> on your tablet, desktop, or laptop.

Why can’t I pay online?

The Pay Now option is not available to Commercial customers. Please contact your local branch for all payment options.

What do I do if I can’t sign up for Client Space? 

If you are experiencing difficulty registering for Client Space, we recommend that you contact your local branch or email and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to help. You can also click the chat feature while visiting the Client Space site or leave us a message if we are offline.

Our system works best on Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.

Why can’t I log in to Client Space?

After registering for Client Space, you will receive an email from to complete the registration process. Please ensure that you have clicked on the confirmation link and completed the registration process.

If the link in the email is not working, please copy and paste the link into your browser and follow through with the prompts on the page.

If you haven’t received the confirmation email, please check your junk/spam filter. For registration support please contact your local branch and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to help.

Is eBilling still available?

Yes, eBilling is still available for customers who wish to receive an email alert that your bill is ready.

How can I order a non-emergency fuel delivery or request a service from Client Space?

Simply select the Request Service tab and use the drop down menu to select the type of service you require. Please allow 1 business day for a Customer Care representative to contact you to confirm your order.

To sign up on Client Space for the first time, have a copy of your invoice on hand and locate your:
